  • Unit Question: Should we record history?
    • Yes, because it allows later generations to get a better idea of how things were from a first hand experience.
  • Shutter speed 
    • How long a camera allows light into the lens which can create sharp or blurry pictures.

  • How could photography/technology like this change things in society?
    • It can show people how things happen; like in the picture above you can see how a bullet destroys these three balloons. This can also show an athlete a good form and all the movements needed to acquire a certain type of movement.

    • All of these crazy objects I brought in.
  • What is the importance of appearance?
    • I just want it to look decent.
  • What objects have you chosen to bring in that represent you?
    • Things that I love or my favorites.
  • How are each of these objects significant/symbolic of part of your identity?
    • Hat-I really enjoy the color purple and it's really fuzzy and kind of silly like I am
    • Camera-I enjoy taking photos and hope to minor in photography in college
    • Peace Tea, Monster, Mountain Dew- My favorite drinks
    • Kandi/Beaded bracelets- I enjoy making them in my free time
    • TOMS sticker- favorite shoe company
    • The Piercing Bible- I enjoy body modifications and learning all about them
    • Baseball-I enjoy watching baseball in the summer, I also got my first job at a baseball stadium
    • Panda- I really enjoy pandas and animals in general
    • Pikachu-I love Pokemon and it's one of my favorites that made me start watching it
    • CSU lanyard-Where I am hoping to go to college to major in VDI and minor in photography
    • IPod-Music is a big part of my life and the case is a peace sign which I love!
How have you chosen to arrange/light/photograph these objects? Why?
I try to arrange the objects in the most pleasing way to the viewer.
Is there significance to the fabric that you brought in? If so, what is the significance of the fabric?
Not really; it was just a blanket I had that I really enjoyed the pattern of.
